Member Spotlight - Al Maier

SBS Member Spotlight – Al - Aaron's 74 yo dad!

Al started training with us just 2 years ago, after we moved back to Steinbach. He has grown in strength very quickly, and shows great squat form in this picture here,  proving it is never to late to get started. It is special for Aaron and his dad to have this father/son time together. -Robin
